Waffles (gluten-free)

2 eggs
1/4 cup Ricotta cheese
1 Tablespoon Splenda (or sugar)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg

Blend well (I use my magic bullet) spray waffle maker with Pam, and cook. They may take a little longer to cook than your regular waffles.
